Questions about our services?

If your question is not covered below, you can contact us with the details of your requirement and we can clarify the relevant service arrangement.

ORSA GROUP LTD provides procurement and supplier management consultancy. Services include supplier sourcing review, supplier evaluation, quotation comparison, procurement process review, supplier relationship review and procurement support sessions. The work is advisory and organisational in nature and is based on the specific requirement agreed for the relevant service.
Before work begins, the relevant service requirement is clarified. This may include the subject to be reviewed, information or documents required, consultation arrangement, expected written outcome and applicable delivery timeframe. The service does not begin until the relevant arrangements have been confirmed.
Depending on the selected service, a consultation may cover supplier information, sourcing considerations, quotation comparison, procurement workflows, purchasing requirements, supplier communications or ongoing supplier relationships. The discussion remains within the scope agreed for the selected service.
The information required depends on the selected service. This may include a description of the procurement requirement, supplier information, quotations, existing process documents, relevant correspondence or other material directly connected with the agreed review. Only information relevant to the service should be provided.
Delivery depends on the service selected.
  • Consultation may be arranged in the agreed format.
  • Documents may be reviewed as part of the agreed service.
  • Written outcomes may include evaluation notes, comparison summaries, email summaries or action plans.
  • The applicable timeframe is stated with the relevant service before work begins.
The timeframe depends on the selected service and the scope of the requirement. The service descriptions state the expected consultation or written-output timeframe. Where a service does not specify a fixed period, the applicable timeframe will be agreed before the service begins. If additional information is required, the expected timing may need to be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellation arrangements depend on the type of contract and the stage of service delivery. For applicable consumer distance or off-premises service contracts, the statutory cancellation period is generally 14 days from the day the contract is entered into. Where a customer expressly requests that a service begins during this period, the applicable statutory rules concerning early service commencement and the proportionate amount for service already supplied may apply. The full cancellation arrangements are explained in the Service Cancellation Policy.
Where a consumer service is fully performed during the statutory cancellation period, the right to cancel may end where the service began following the consumer’s express request and the consumer acknowledged that the cancellation right would end once the service was fully performed. The applicable requirements must be satisfied before the service begins. This does not remove any other statutory rights that may apply to the service.
Where a statutory cancellation applies and a refund is due, the relevant amount will normally be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the applicable cancellation notification. Where permitted by law, the amount may reflect services already supplied following an express request to begin during the cancellation period. Any refund is handled in accordance with the applicable Service Cancellation Policy and statutory requirements.
Services are carried out with reasonable care and skill, subject to the agreed scope and the information made available for the engagement. Where a service has a specified delivery timeframe, that timeframe forms part of the agreed service arrangement. Where no specific timeframe has been agreed, the service is carried out within a reasonable time as required by the applicable service contract.
Please contact ORSA GROUP LTD with details of the concern, including the relevant service and any information needed to understand the matter. We review complaints fairly and consider the information available before responding. Further information is provided in the Complaints Policy.
